Meet Daniela

I’ve always been someone who builds things. In 2012, at 23 years old, I opened Manzana Studio in Condado, not because it was the easy path, but because I saw an opportunity and went for it. The salon became more than a business. It became a space where women in the community felt taken care of, and that sense of belonging became my signature.

Years later, I did it again. Hello Nails at Calle Loíza grew into its own community, earning a loyal following through the same formula: thoughtful design, genuine service, and a real connection to the people walking through the door. I eventually sold the business, a reflection of the value I had created from the ground up.

Running two businesses in San Juan taught me things no classroom could. Hiring the right people, managing day-to-day operations, navigating the unexpected, and making decisions with limited resources. I lived all of it. When I closed Manzana Studio, it wasn’t a defeat. It was clarity. Becoming a mother deepened that clarity and pushed me toward this next chapter with purpose.

Today, I work with entrepreneurs who are in the thick of building something real. I bring the kind of perspective that only comes from experience, and I know firsthand what it takes to turn an idea into something people actually show up for.
